This Privacy Policy explains how FILIP BALO PR RAČUNARSKO PROGRAMIRANJE SPECSDEV ZRENJANIN ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit our website at https://specsmate.app (the "Website").

This policy covers the Website only. The SpecsMate iPad application ("the App") is governed by a separate privacy policy, which is provided within the App itself and published on the App Store. If you are looking for information about how the App handles client photos, measurements or other data processed on your iPad, please refer to that separate policy.

We are the data controller in respect of personal data collected through the Website.

2. Data we collect on the Website

We collect personal data that you submit through our pilot programme sign-up form, namely:

• name
• email address
• plan of interest
• an optional answer describing the digital tools you currently use
• your consent, given by ticking a consent checkbox
• optional UTM campaign parameters, which help us understand which marketing channel referred you

This data is stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc. (United States), which processes form submissions on our behalf. Email notifications relating to your sign-up (for example confirmation and pilot access details) are sent through the Website's email delivery service.

3. Why we use your data, and our legal basis

We use the data you submit to:

• respond to your pilot programme request;
• send you access details and other communication related to the pilot programme.

Our legal basis for this processing is your consent (given via the consent checkbox) and, where relevant, the steps you ask us to take prior to entering into a contract with you.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

We do not currently send marketing newsletters. If we introduce a newsletter or other marketing communication in the future, we will only send it to you if you separately agree to receive it.

4. How long we keep your data

We retain personal data collected through the pilot sign-up form for 24 months after our last contact with you, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our cookie banner lets you choose whether to accept non-essential cookies. With the exception of Google Analytics 4, which runs in a consent-denied, cookieless measurement mode until you accept cookies, the tools below are only activated after you give your consent:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) — used to measure Website traffic and usage.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) — used for retargeting advertising on Meta platforms.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company) — used for measurement and retargeting advertising on LinkedIn.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, transfers are carried out under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the Website footer.

Our Website may also load Google Fonts directly from Google's servers to display text correctly; this may involve your device contacting Google's infrastructure. Where the Website includes WhatsApp links, clicking such a link opens WhatsApp (operated by Meta) on your device; we do not receive any data from WhatsApp unless you choose to contact us through it.

6. Your rights

If you are in Serbia, you have rights under the Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL, Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia No. 87/2018). If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have equivalent rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These rights include the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• request rectification of inaccurate data;
• request erasure of your data;
• request restriction of processing;
• object to processing;
• request data portability;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Serbia, this is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs). 7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration, including restricted access to our systems, secure hosting arrangements and the use of reputable third-party service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Website is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
